The Chambersburg Civil War Seminars & Tours, a division of the Greater Chambersburg Chamber of Commerce and in partnership with Ted Alexander, have been offered since 1989 and are held four times yearly. Ted Alexander is chief historian at Antietam National Battlefield and a Smithsonian tour guide as well as author of many Civil War books and articles.
