Menno Haven’s Brookview Health Care Center
We recently toured Menno Haven’s newly constructed Brookview Health Care Center in Chambersburg. It is designed to serve 56 residents and will be composed of three unique households.
Each household includes a central living room, open kitchen and dining room with made-to-order culinary services, a large sunroom and a three-season porch that leads to a relaxing, secure courtyard and private living suites with large private bathrooms.
This beautiful facility has replaced the original nursing home building that opened in 1964. This skilled living facility will offer daily activities centered on resident choices instead of schedules and routines. Menno Haven Skilled Living is designed to encourage choice, mutual respect and a sense of individual dignity.
